In this job role, you will be responsible to solve all the queries regarding disability, unwell conditions, leave, or accommodation. You will make sure that each customer is treated well. Also, you will get the important aspects of questions coming from the customer’s end documented. Apart from this, you will solve the problems over phone calls as well.
Minimum Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate can apply for this role.
- Any Freshers can apply, although, candidates with an experience of 1 or more years in contact center, customer service, human resources years will be preferred.
Skills Required:
- Ability to handle customers is important.
- Strong communication skills in English is needed.
