Qualifications:

Assistant Manager (Network Security Specialist):

Bachelor's Degree (Full-Time) in any stream with a first division. A minimum of 60% at a recognized university. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing a network for at least 1.5 years in any reputable organisation.

Assistant Manager (Routing & Switching):

An undergraduate degree in any field with a first division. A minimum of 60% marks in any stream from any recognized university. Applicants with at least 1.5 years' experience managing a network of any reputable organisation with 3 years' experience.

Salary:

Assistant Manager is Rs. 36,000 – 63,840/ month

Selection Process for SBI SO Recruitment 2022:

The selection will be on the basis of Online Written Test and Interview. Online written Test: The online written test will be conducted tentatively on 20.03.2022

Pattern of online written Examination:

• Test of Professional Knowledge
• There are 80 questions.
• 100 marks
• There will be 120 minutes of discussion
• Interview: Based on the performance in the online written test, the Bank will invite a sufficient number of candidates for an interview. Interview will carry 25 marks. The Bank will determine the qualifying marks for the interview. Final merit list: The final merit list will be determined by aggregating the marks (out of 100) and interview (out of 25). The weighting of the scores will be as follows:
• Associate Manager (Network Security Specialist)/Assistant Manager (Network Routing & Switching Specialist): Written Test: 85%, Interview: 25%"

• For General/OBC/EWS candidates, the Assistant Manager salary is Rs. 750.
