About the role:

As a Customer Service Supervisor - you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:
  • Support Customer Service Senior Agents and other functions at Hamad International Airport.
  • Achieving efficiency in the execution of duties, including but not limited to answering queries and giving directions, while conveying a positive image of the airport, in keeping with the seamless and convenient world-class experience we want to deliver to all of our customers.
  • Maintain the efficient flow of customers through the Terminal according to the agreed standards and procedures.
  • Supports stakeholders and business partners to ensure their business runs smoothly so that customers receive a comfortable experience.
  • Identify and prioritize Terminal pressure points and direct resources accordingly.
  • Communicates clearly and constantly with the Terminal Duty managers in case of any disruption or facility issue.
  • To be able to handover and follow up on tasks, the shift report must be concise, clear, and factual.
Qualifications:

About you:
  • The equivalent of a relevant tertiary or vocational qualification
  • Experience related to the job of at least 4 years
  • Ability to produce accurate work under light timescales.
  • Ability to focus on customer service related subjects with attention to detail
  • Combining good analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach
  • Managerial skills – ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Arabic speaker is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable of computers
  • Proven customer service skills
