JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for picking, packing, QC and shipping of International and Domestic orders. Receiving, shipping, inventory, storing, distributing of materials and parts. Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory in the system. Process orders according to priority set by Supervisor/Lead in order to meet customer requirements. Responsible for International shipping and making sure all GTC requirements are used on International orders. Will work with the analyst on process improvement that will help the team to be more efficient. Will train team on new and updates to processes.
Process and assemble kits. Perform cycle count and resolve inventory discrepancies. Perform data entry and system transactions using Oracle applications. Ensure highest quality product deliveries within established lead times. Provide daily status to management. Assists team with projects as needed. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Keep warehouse clean and safe and follow all safety guidelines.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is needed. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Work involves minimal problem resolution following detailed instructions. Identifying areas for process improvements, cost savings, and process efficiencies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer literate and proficient in PC skills.
High School with 1-2 years of college. 1-3 years of experience in high volume warehouse environment. General warehouse experience is preferred. Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance necessary for adequate scheduling and coverage.
Ability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance..
Ability to drive an automatic or electric vehicle (truck or van) and operate any material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack etc.) as needed.
