Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate working closely across a wide network of internal and external stakeholders. Working with the Migration Lead, this role will be a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and our sister company Ocado group. You will be expected to positively manage relationships,
The Junior Project Manager is very much a ‘doing’ role and provides an excellent opportunity to develop further project management experience in a pioneering and innovative environment while owning and leading certain programme deliverables.
Key Accountabilities
- Contributing to and helping drive sign-off of programme plans
- Supporting change request process to ensure due diligence and efficient sign-off
- Working with
- Supporting communication & adoption of process change across the business
- Working to anticipate issues and aid collaboration between workstreams to help achieve programme milestones
- Keeping workstreams aligned and informed with regular and well-structured progress updates
- Taking ownership of specific project deliverables
- Resolving issues and queries for internal and external stakeholders
- Delevering project reporting, including status, actions, risks & issues
- Knowledge sharing lessons learned between projects and teams
Your Skills and competencies will include:
- Self-motivated individual, Builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenge from others, shares information and ideas with others
- Preferably experience in change management and organising training for business teams
- Communicates effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to: share knowledge and ideas; provide updates; influence; challenge; and take on feedback
- Stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to influence
- A positive, pragmatic and collaborative approach
- Ability to produce high quality written documentation and presentation slides
- Project management experience (ideally in a similar/transferable industry)
- Experience delivering projects to targets/budgets and driving tasks to completion
- Ability to prioritise and respond to change
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Deals well with ambiguity
- Desire to learn and develop professionally
- Microsoft Excel / Projects
