- We are responsible for providing services in a profitable environment that supports our values and the business in general
- Perform troubleshooting activities, escalate problems to the appropriate party(s), and assist in communicating the solution to the customer. The number and type of systems and customers supported depends on the candidate's technology, product, and project management skills.
- Create resolution plans and log problem resolutions; Maintain databases to track problem resolutions
- Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand the problem and resolve complex issues using available tools, resources, and systems. Job Responsibilities

- Provides additional troubleshooting activities, escalates issues to the appropriate party(s), and assists in communicating the solution to the customer; Supports a variety of technologies, products, and clients; based on the candidate's technology, product, and project management skills.
- Create resolution plans and log problem resolutions; Maintain databases to track problem resolutions
- Using available systems, tools, and resources to solve the customer's problems, works directly with the customer and internal stakeholders to understand the problem and find complex known solutions
- Fresh graduates with a background in networking or engineering are welcome to apply
- An advantage would be experience with Software Engineers, Technical Support, or similar experience in the retail industry
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) or SCO (Self Check-Out) systems would be helpful
- Communication skills, verbal and written; good listening skills; able to communicate with overseas customers
- Application and equipment knowledge of relevant software and computer applications
- Technical background
- Ability to solve problems analytically and creatively
- Expertise in MS Office and knowledge of Windows applications/tools
- Multilingual candidates are an advantage
- Ability to create and read batch scripting, read logs, database management would be an added advantage
- Ability to do SQL Queries and create scripts would be an added advantage
- Engaging customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- A good listener with skills in planning, coordinating, and resolving
- Capable of working day and night shifts. Adaptable to shift rotation.
- Work on weekends and public holidays
