Job Description:
  • Provide voice based support to international and domestic customers (inbound and outbound).
  • Should be able to build a rapport with the customer through clear, confident communication.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and first-time resolution.
  • Providing faster resolutions to technical issues by engaging with the technical team.
  • Identifying gaps in the help module by working closely with the technical content team.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
Skills Required:
  • Written and spoken English are excellent.
  • Having worked in a client-facing role for at least six months.
  • Ability to provide phone-based support to USA and UK customers.
  • Ability to work night shifts and relocate.
  • Interested in learning new technologies.
