Responsible for resolving complex technical problems including debugging, simulations, identifying bugs, and developing tools and scripts for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and reproduction.
What will your job look like?
- To ensure the product/solution performs within the optimal design specifications, you will troubleshoot, modify, and engineer software solutions.
- Ensure the software solution remains operational by investigating, debugging, and reproducing issues, providing fixes and workarounds, and verifying changes.
- Using Software Engineering tools, innovative techniques and the reuse of existing solutions, you will demonstrate continuous improvements and increased efficiency to software or business processes.
- Among other things, you will help to achieve the SLAs and KPIs for the account and unit - for example, responsiveness, resolution, software quality, etc.
- To enhance understanding of customer problems and to verify that an appropriate resolution has been applied, you will communicate with internal/external customers.
