Job Description:
For our Cybersecurity team, we are looking for dependable Graduate Engineer Trainees. Graduate Engineer Trainees are responsible for completing all tasks assigned by their supervisor, assisting other engineers, conducting research, and writing reports. It is important to be able to follow instructions, but also to take initiative and come up with original ideas. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you should have a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning. Candidates should be highly observant, willing to assist where possible, and eager to interact readily with engineers outside of their field of expertise.
Graduate Engineer Trainee Responsibilities:
- Completing all tasks assigned by the Supervisor and understanding project requirements.
- Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting where possible.
- Raising concerns and suggesting improvements where appropriate.
- Researching and traveling to sites.
- Observe health and safety regulations at all times.
- Attending meetings, workshops, and other training initiatives.
- Analyzing data and preparing reports according to specifications.
- Share your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
- Developing professional relationships with staff.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and diligence.
