- This position will help the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in executing and supporting Kaizen all through the Mayville plants to assist with changing the offices from customary assembling to a lean manufaturing enviroment with a high contribution culture.

Required
- 3+ years experience in an assembling climate
- Lean device experience
- Self-inspired and perky, with capacity to lead groups
- Great logical and critical thinking abilities
- Incredible prioritization abilities and capacity to work freely
- Great correspondence and relational abilities
- Capable in PC activity (Excel, Word and so forth)
- Bachelor certification in Engineering/Manufacturing or same
- Green/Black Belt in LEAN Six Sigma
- Earlier Kaizen group initiative experience
