What you’ll achieve:
Product Development Engineers may be responsible for the product design and development of software and peripherals, from product definition and planning through production, release and end-of-life, as well as developing automated test tools and scripts.
You will:
- Manage technology implementation using best-in-class development processes/lifecycle management
- Engages in product definition and feature prioritization, including customer usability studies
- Translate product specifications into test specifications for software products and solutions
- Co-ordinate resources in order to successfully release new products on time and within budget and develop test tools or scripts to automate display and peripheral testing
- Develops the engineering schedule, prototype proposal, or document user guide in consultation with stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
- Graduating in 2022 with a University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Ability to operate in a global environment with minimal direction
- Having knowledge, skills, and analytical abilities to resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Knowledge of display and peripheral product development and PC architecture
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in advanced hardware technology topics such as display interfaces, component & wireless technologies, CAD systems, injection molding, etc.)
- Experience in working closely with industrial designers to realize product design is desired
