Job Description:
- You will respond to service calls within a hospital or healthcare system in Tehachapi, California, evaluating, diagnosing, and repairing biomedical equipment, providing customer satisfaction through service excellence.

- Perform planned maintenance and safety/environmental inspections on customer biomedical equipment to support our customers' ability to deliver healthcare.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met by adhering to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols; document all work performed.
- To ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers.
- Assure proper maintenance of tools and test equipment to ensure proper calibration and timely and accurate repairs/maintenance for our customers.
- Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns to the Quality Organization immediately to ensure services are provided to the highest ethical standards.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent military training; OR participation in the GEHC Biomed/FE Internship Program; or Military An internship program; OR a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in electrical, electronic, IT, or mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of digital circuitry and understanding of electronic and electromechanical devices is required.
- Understanding of schematic diagrams.
- Work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends, and be available after hours.
- Ability to lift/move 35 lbs.
