Job Description:
Position Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer (Windows + VMware)
Work Location: Shinjuku, Tokyo

Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling Windows 2008 and higher version server implementation and administration.
- Automation and reduction of manual efforts through Scripting/tools in Windows Server and VMware
- Handling ESXi 5.x and higher version server implementation and administration.
- Handling vCenter 5.x and higher version server implementation and administration
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents Handle technical escalations
- Planning and implementation of Disaster Recovery.
- Server capacity management
- Windows Server patch management tools like WSUS, SCCM and strong in planning of patching of large number of Windows servers using tools.
Required Skills:
- Hand-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc.)
- Strong Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows server (Blue Screen Errors, performance issues, permissions issues)
- Strong troubleshooting skill in Windows server recovery.
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting skill of Windows Cluster.
- Strong understanding of infra servers like Terminal Server, KMS Server, CA (PKI) Server, RDS server, File and Print server implementation and troubleshooting.
- Strong in migration planning and designing for various Windows technologies like File server, Windows Operating System etc.
- Experience in problem solving Capability in IBM, HP and Dell Hardware
- Strong Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on ESXi server (Purple Screen Errors, performance issues, permissions issues)
- Strong troubleshooting skill in ESXi and Vcenter server recovery.
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting skill of HA Cluster.
- Strong understanding and experience on ESXi Server patch management.
