- Screen and track progress of program/activities and keep steady over the ventures to guarantee smooth execution.
- Oversee and organize program/project expectations, guaranteeing their quality and setup the board.
- Break down and feature program/project hazards and foster fundamental danger moderation plans.
- Keep up with project issue register to keep close match of the undertaking issues till their goal.
