Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision; a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to be located in Bangalore.
Job Summary:
This Position Provides On Site Technical Product Services Including Install, Service, And Repair Equipment To Customer/Sales Group. This Job Is Not Eligible For Sales Incentives/Sales Commissions. This Position Requires To Adhere To Environmental Policy, Procedures, And Supports Department Environmental Objectives.
Main Area Of Responsibilities:
- Installation, repair, preventative maintenance, upgrades of assigned equipment, and service revenue through maintenance contracts and spare parts.
- Also Responsible For PDI Support If Required.
- To provide accurate failure and repair data to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist customers with clinical and technical issues by maintaining the appropriate knowledge.
- Accurately, Effectively, And Consistently Perform Administrative Functions Of The Job Including But Not Limited To Acknowledgment Of Dispatches, Keeping Appointments, On[1]Time Arrival, Proper Completion Of CVR And Related Checklists, And Expense Reports.
- Efficiently Manages All Assets And Resources, Minimizing The Liability Of Company Assets.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent vocational course diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical job.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as per need.
