IBA Proton therapy Center will be located in the city-state of Singapore at the Mount Elisabeth Novena hospital. The Proton Therapy Center will be equipped with a S2C2 accelerator and Compact Gantry with
PBS dedicated nozzle, CBCT, Leoni PPS, Philips Ambient Experience.
Job Description:
Mission:
The mission is to support the IBA project team on customer acceptance, training and commissioning of IBA Proton Therapy systems and to consolidate the customer feedback as input for continuous product improvement
Duties and Responsibilities:
As Application Specialist / Medical Physicist, your responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct acceptance testing with the end user
- Training and support for the customer to use the system safely and correctly
- Support customers on-site and/or remotely
- Ensure strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals at the assigned sites under installation and in clinical operations
- Support the site team with medical physics topics and validate the proton therapy center
- Document interventions and actions with the appropriate level of detail and accuracy
- Continually provide structured customer feedback to the rest of the organization
- Participate in updating and optimizing procedures.
- Providing coaching to other product experts
Profile:
You have:
- A master degree in Medical Physics or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent by experience
- At least 3 years' experience in the radiotherapy field as a Medical Physicist
And you are:
- Customer-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- I am passionate about finding innovative solutions in medicine
- Always eager to learn about new technologies
- Someone who is proactive and willing to take initiative
- Resilient to stress and able to solve problems
- The ability to organize your work autonomously according to priorities
- You are willing to travel up to 50% of your time (duration of the mission: up to 6 weeks in a row)
