Your experience
- Four year college education in Electrical Engineering (ideally studying Electrical Power Engineering)
- Over 5 years' experience working in Electrical Substation and familiar with Testing and Commissioning exercises
- Ready to lead a group of support experts/subcontractors at the site to do routine electrical substation administration and upkeep for Primary Equipment's in the substation.
- Great experience and information on HV Equipment's (HV Breakers, 132kV/275kV GIS, Transformers, OLTC) with Hands On experience taking care of HV Test Equipment's, for example CB Timing Test Kit, for example ISA CB1000, SA10, SF6 Gas Analyzers and Detectors, Contact Resistance Measurement.
- Having sound information on Secondary Equipment's, for example 132kV Protection Relays/Scheme, Disturbance Recorder, RTCC will be an additional benefit.
- Demonstrated capacity to distinguish and resolve specialized issues.
- This position requires 50-75% travel with the larger part being inside Malaysia
