About the group

About the job 

• The shift incharge would deal with the total store/distribution center ensuring that client orders are handled inside the guardrail. Competitors would oversee 6-8 individuals guaranteeing that tasks run as expected and measurements are accomplished. Overseeing sellers/transportation is another significant action which is connected to material Inbound and outbound. Expected to fabricate partner connections, set up Rca's, keeping up with stock reco records. 

What you'll do: 

• Overseeing and Responsible for Hyperlocal Stores' Operations 
• Examining store level every day Performance 
• Overseeing programs of colleagues 
• Shift arranging premise Inbound and Outbound volume 
• Individuals Management, preparing of colleagues to increase. 
• Addressing everyday functional issues with stores and 3PL 
• QC check for new/low timeframe of realistic usability stock 
• Seller the board/Coordination with business,transportation. 
• Guaranteeing Inventory Hygiene and misfortunes Reco. 
• Control steady loss/Attendance and leave the executives 
• Settling cash compromise pendency at the store Level with 3PL Management Team 
• Taking care of Customer Escalation Issue, RCA 
• Guaranteeing Availability at all Stores eg:- store resources, Bags/POS Machines/gel packs and so on 

What you'll require:
