Job Description:

In this role, you will collaboratively provide exceptional service to the Imaging Systems (Diagnostic X-ray) portfolio's customers, including corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment, and software & hardware upgrades, both on-site and remotely.

You are responsible for

  • Offering expert advice and solutions to our customers and colleagues at an advanced technical level. You will be responsible for

  • Provide field-based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in accordance with relevant training and experience
  • Conducting corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems
  • Using established procedures and information to diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures
  • Determining the most cost-effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime
  • Actively participating in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.

Ensure a first class level of service is provided to our customer base whilst adhering to quality and regulatory standards in this heavily regulated industry as part of a regional team of Field Service Engineers.


You report directly to the Customer Services Managr


For this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Degree, ONC, or HNC in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable
  • Experienced logical problem solver with the ability to work independently
  • The candidate must have experience with corrective and preventative maintenance for Imaging Systems (X-ray) devices and equipment
  • Ability to process information across multiple modes and a variety of product categories
  • Recognizes and adapts to new technologies
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • A familiarity with IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service is desirable
  • You currently live in West London
