You are responsible for
- Offering expert advice and solutions to our customers and colleagues at an advanced technical level. You will be responsible for
- Provide field-based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in accordance with relevant training and experience
- Conducting corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems
- Using established procedures and information to diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures
- Determining the most cost-effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime
- Actively participating in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.
Ensure a first class level of service is provided to our customer base whilst adhering to quality and regulatory standards in this heavily regulated industry as part of a regional team of Field Service Engineers.
You report directly to the Customer Services Managr
- Degree, ONC, or HNC in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable
- Experienced logical problem solver with the ability to work independently
- The candidate must have experience with corrective and preventative maintenance for Imaging Systems (X-ray) devices and equipment
- Ability to process information across multiple modes and a variety of product categories
- Recognizes and adapts to new technologies
- Provide high-quality customer service
- A familiarity with IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service is desirable
- You currently live in West London
- Salary between £30,000 - 40,000 depending on experience + company car (or car allowance) + annual incentive
