Organizing Unit/Division
KLA has over 40 years of experience in semiconductor process control, enabling chipmakers around the world to ramp up next-generation devices quickly and cost-effectively. To help KLA move towards advanced chip design, Global Products Group (GPG), which creates all of the company's metrology and inspection products, seeks the best and brightest researchers, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) offers market-leading patterned wafer optical inspection systems for leading-edge IC manufacturing. In advanced process nodes, logic, foundry, and memory customers rely on BBP products to detect yield-critical defects for process debugging and excursion monitoring. BBP flagship products include the 29xx and 39xx series, which leverage Broadband Plasma technology to capture a wide range of defects with maximum sensitivity at the speeds needed for inline defect monitoring.
Maintain existing BBP product line, support ramp-up of manufacturing.
