Job Description:
Engineering knowledge and relationships are leveraged to support regional accounts with significant impact on sales and help customers solve engineering challenges using ANSYS products. The role provides pre- and post-sales technical support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in solving advanced technology problems using extensive engineering knowledge and communication skills.
- Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to create and present best-in-class simulation solutions.
- Perform independent analyses of customer infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows in order to understand technical requirements.
- Deliver presentations on ANSYS' value proposition, which may include its entire product suite; the presentations must affirm the sales message, differentiate ANSYS, and leave a lasting impression on audiences, which can include senior company executives.
- Develop software solutions, marketing initiatives, and professional development for SI/PI/EMI simulation.
- Introduce beginners and/or intermediates to ANSYS SI/PI/EMI simulation software
- To handle customer requirements, to report software defects, and to understand and track the status of product development at ANSYS worldwide.
Required Skills/ Qualification:

- Develop software solutions, marketing initiatives, and professional development for SI/PI/EMI simulation.
- Introduce beginners and/or intermediates to ANSYS SI/PI/EMI simulation software
- To handle customer requirements, to report software defects, and to understand and track the status of product development at ANSYS worldwide.
- Master's degree in electronics, information, or communication
- Three to five years of experience designing and simulating high-speed circuits or electromagnetic fields.
- Experience with semiconductors. Expert in chip, package, and PCB design.
- Expérience in SPICE circuit simulations, electromagnetic field calculations, time-frequency domain analysis of signals, knowledge of DDR3,/4/5, PCIE, USB3.0, MIPI and other parallel SPI buses, strong experience in chip packaging and high-speed PCB simulations. Correlate simulation results with laboratory measurements by using oscilloscope, TDR, VNA and spectrum analyzer.
- Knowledge of ANSYS or professional CAE and EDA tools, such as ADS, HSPICE, CST, HFSS, SIwave, PowerSI, or HyperLynx, or experienced with other SI/PI/EMI simulators.
- A basic understanding of Python, VBS, and other scripting languages.
- Communication and interpersonal skills are important. Exhibits a strong sense of professionalism and a solid business acumen when dealing with customers. Clearly communicates situations and suggests solutions to customes.
- Possess a sense of urgency, self-motivation, good teamwork abilities, and follow-up skills for customer projects.
- Traveling frequently on business requires this type of luggage
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be passionate and driven to excel at personal technical skills
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude and customer service aptitude
- Possibility of traveling 25% more
