- Digital Marketing Specialists plan, implement, and manage online marketing programs.
- It is the person who will be responsible for guiding program strategy and content for the company-wide marketing teams in order to achieve pipeline KPIs and meet demand generation goals as well as social selling, paid social, and digital display ads.
- Digital Marketing Managers are data-driven and interested in program performance. They review and evaluate performance outcomes while sharing insight and feedback. Develops and tests new programs, and identifies opportunities for scalability in accordance with the market's strategic needs, and global and regional markets.
Role & Responsibilities:
Defining investment strategies, priorities, and KPIs with all marketing groups
Keeping a comprehensive budget
Develop and execute campaigns that are differentiated and support our demand generation efforts
Assist AMS sales teams to ensure content is localized and relevant by planning and organizing digital media programs and communications throughout the region
Develop engaging content and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
To coordinate and align with broader company initiatives, work with the social media teams of both the corporate and local units
Share insight with the organization about digital marketing and social media tactics, allowing them to enhance their own expertise.
Make sure campaigns are completed on time by managing team-spanning service-level agreements (SLAs)
Plan and implement the company's go-to-market strategy
The plan's objectives, schedule, and key performance indicators must be understood by all stakeholders
Regularly and consistently provide stakeholders with feedback regarding campaign and tactic targets
Skills and Abilities Required:
- The candidate for this position should have both marketing and sales experience and be able to execute plans, analyze data, and communicate effectively.
- Market knowledge, expertise in specific domains, and the enthusiasm to support our sales team are keys to success.
Professional with 3–5 years experience managing global or regional digital marketing campaigns and working with social media
An understanding of the B2B sales cycle and an ability to identify opportunities to generate demand, contribute to the pipeline and accelerate sales
B2B market knowledge and experience in performance management of demand generation
Achieves results on time and within budget by aligning tactical plans with strategies
Creative - able to design industry-leading campaigns using both strategy and creativity
A high level of motivation, curiosity, and persistence
Capable of adapting quickly to changes in market demands and organizational needs
Dedicated to results and a high level of collaboration
Two or more years of experience building regional and territory business plans with direct or indirect sales teams
Effective presenter with a wide range of abilities across a wide range of organizations and functions
Education and Experience Requirement:
An undergraduate degree is required
A proven track record in digital marketing and knowledge of B2B
