CURRENT OPENINGS

1) Architect – Shristinagar, Guwahati Experience of 5 to 8 years in Real Estate and Construction Industry JD – Candidates with experience in township development projects or projects in hilly terrain will be preferred
(Candidates residing outside Guwahati must be willing to relocate.)

2)Deputy Manager Purchase –From the Real Estate/ Construction Industry with 5- 10 years of Experience (Kolkata) JD – Identification, development, and management of vendors.

Control of inventory and stock reconciliation. Prepare MIS reports, handle audits and comply with ISO standards, actively participate in ERP development, and reconcile stock levels. I.e., etc.

3)Sr. Executive Purchase – Real Estate/Construction Industry Expert (Kolkata)

JD –Working on day-to-day activities related to purchasing such as enquiry floatation, cost sheets, preparing POs, releasing POs, getting confirmations from vendors about supply, coordinating transportation arrangements, tracking supplies, and coordinating with accounts for bill accounting and GST compliance.

4)AGM – Sales & Marketing ( Residential / Institute )- Having a decade to twelve years of experience in a real estate or construction field. ( Shristinagar - Guwahati).

JD –Business Development in B2C/B2B environments with financial acumen., Identify and evaluate land related real estate proposals, Familiar with FSI/IRR calculations and joint developments agreements., Must establish a list of property contacts., Must have excellent interpersonal skills, interpersonal communication skills., Must have strong customer relationship management skills.

5)Sr.Executive / AM– Sales &marketing ( Residential ) – Experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industry (Sristinagar - Guwahati)JD –The ability to establish a network of real estate contacts, demonstrate excellent presentability, communication, and interpersonal skills, and perform market analysis are some of the key attributes.

6)Electrical Engineer – 6-8 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction.(Shristinagar –Guwahati)

JD – It is desirable to have experience in dealing with authorities, such as the electrical board and local authorities.
