Responsibilities

• Work with the client's staff on analysis and design
• Requirements for system integration and user interface documentation
• Assist in resolving issues throughout the SDLC by documenting, researching, and conducting research
• Support the implementation team by providing configuration assistance
• Assist the product development team with the implementation of the client's product
• All phases of application implementation supported by client development teams
• A project coordinator may also be responsible for managing projects.
• Provide training materials and support the development of them
• QA specialists with specialized knowledge can augment/support QA staff
• Manage and develop documentation for client and staff configurations

Experience & Skills:

• Experience of 0 to 3 years
• Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail demonstrated
• Having the ability to quickly learn complex topics
• Collaborative skills and ability to work independently
• Establish credibility and rapport in a short period of time with clients and colleagues
• Exercise good judgment, show professionalism, and take initiative when necessary
• Design experience with web-based applications
• The configuration of web pages, templates, property files, and CSS changes.
• XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, AJAX, SQL knowledge required
• A strong understanding of business and technology is needed
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
• Computer Science, Mathematics, and Management are required; Bachelor's degree is required
• A background in engineering or information technology would be ideal
• It is preferred if you have experience modeling data and building use cases (UML).
• Programming knowledge in structured languages is preferred
• Experiencing and developing Web content using relational databases
• JavaScript and HTML/DHTML are preferred
• Communication skills, including writing technical specifications and presentations, are essential


Preferable: Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, web services, and model-based architectures
