- Assist the development of key initiatives in consultation with different stakeholders, in order to contribute to the successful completion of projects.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects as agreed upon by cross-functional teams.
- Drive project objectives and decisions through periodic project reviews.
- Identify and escalate all risks/challenges within the project lifecycle.
- Reports for monthly and weekly management reviews are prepared.
- In addition to providing support for adopting project management frameworks or methodologies, the use of specific templates, forms, and tools, and compliance with governance frameworks, various means must also be employed to ensure compliance.
- Perform all tasks in a manner that promotes patient safety and with integrity
- Promote compliance, safety, quality, and cultural excellence at the site.
- Be aware of the potential interdependencies between your project and other projects
- Manage risk appropriately, using an escalation path as appropriate.
- Contributing to the delivery of results through participation in tiered reviews
- Take on multiple tasks and assignments at work as needed.
- To improve organizational processes (PMO) on site, use best practices available in the network.
- A degree in engineering, pharmacy, or a postgraduate degree in science is required.
- At least two years of experience in the Formulation or Life sciences industry with specific exposure to Project Management.
- Extensive experience with project management and operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, with excellent engineering and manufacturing knowledge.
- The USFDA guidelines and cGMP practices should be well known.
- High levels of motivation, strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively in both written and oral form
- Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and proficiency in other programs
Must-Have:
- Master's degree.
- Project Management certification.
- Understanding of Lean & Six Sigma Concepts
