As the intersection of both the Creator Economy and Online Education continues to grow rapidly, Nas Academy intends to capitalize on the opportunity. In just 7 months, Nas Academy is generating revenue of $1.5m and reaching over 3,000 students in 51 countries, with alumni who are gaining a massive following. Singapore is the company's headquarters, and Dubai is its office.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growth marketing and conversion rate optimization. Someone who is passionate about growth and has experience scaling up a high-quality product in a global environment. You'll be learning a great deal in this role as you'll have the opportunity to work on many different channels. An analytical mindset, product knowledge, and optimization instincts are essential in this role to drive growth, engagement, and conversion.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of growth strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase sales of courses across cross-functional teams (Product, Services, Design)
- Develop new campaigns to acquire new users.
- Organize and execute various content campaigns to educate and engage audiences.
- Develop social media campaigns across multiple platforms (think Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) and drive content creation.
- SEO management.
- Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing data.
- Providing recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data to executive-level management.
- Experience in growth/performance marketing for at least 5 years
- Experience in growth initiatives for scaling up global products
- Ability to lead, collaborate, prioritize activities of high impact, and facilitate complex projects with cross-functional partners.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of social media, email marketing, CRM, HTML/CSS and marketing automation tools
- Experience building dashboards with Analytics
- Ecommerce experience is preferred
