About the job

What you'll do: 

• Overseeing and Responsible for Hyperlocal Stores' Operations 
• Breaking down store level day by day Performance 
• Overseeing programs of colleagues 
• Shift arranging premise Inbound and Outbound volume 
• Individuals Management, preparing of colleagues to increase. 
• Settling everyday operational issues with stores and 3PL 
• QC check for new/low time span of usability stock 
• Merchant the executives/Coordination with business,transportation. 
• Guaranteeing Inventory Hygiene and misfortunes Reco. 
• Control steady loss/Attendance and leave the board 
• Settling cash compromise pendency at the store Level with 3PL Management Team 
• Taking care of Customer Escalation Issue, RCA 
• Guaranteeing Availability at all Stores eg:- store resources, Bags/POS Machines/gel packs and so forth
