Job Description:
Help the FM-Engineer in regulating, coordinating a lot all Civil designing Maintenance exercises, to include: development, arranged and adhoc support and improving of the offices.
Immediate and arrange development, upkeep, backing, documentation, and related exercises to guarantee consistence with particulars, codes and necessities.
Review finished structural designing works and notice, to guarantee conformance to plan and particulars and consistence with wellbeing principles.
Coordination with outside project worker and providers according to the necessity.
Survey estimations done by the Civil/FM group to check and guarantee principles and details.
React and give help to any considerate designing related issues whether it is earnest/crisis call or remedial works.
Backing CMMS by guaranteeing ordinary update/checking and appropriate execution of upkeep plans and documentation.
Distinguish designed goals to repeating structural designing issues.
Suggest upgrades in strategies, gear, working systems and working condition exercises for the space and site.

Job Requirements:
