Role Summary:

Analytical plan alignment with the Operations strategy will be the responsibility of the candidate. Data gathered from demographic, product, clinical, contact and claim sources is integrated, analyzed, distilled and presented to business stakeholders with actionable insights and accompanying financial impacts. Predictive and classification models can also be developed as solutions.

Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree in one or more of the following fields: Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Biostatistics, Econometrics, Economics, Finance, or Data Science
  • At least 3-5 years of related analytical work experience in the healthcare or financial services industryWorking experience in the Health Care, or Financial Services industries is required.
  • Expert knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning, voice analytics, test design, and predictive modeling is essential
  • An advanced knowledge of Python, R, and SAS is required
  • Excel expertise is essentiaKnowledge of contact data and channel operations - IVR, digital, chat, EDI, app, call transcripts, survey datal
  • An understanding of channel operations and data including IVR, digital, chat, EDI, apps, call transcripts, and survey data
  • A background in using NLP processing and machine learning to leverage call and chat transcripts is preferred
  • Digital experience (clickstream, Adobe, SiteCatalyst)
  • Communication of technical findings both written and orally to nontechnical audiences
  • In a fast-paced matrixed environment, the ability to prioritize and drive results is essential
  • Critical thinking and ability to perform tactically and strategically - both in and out of the box
  • Developing enterprise-wide partnerships and networks
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize R, Python, SAS, and SQL to extract and analyze Big Data
  • Offer high level requirements on data gaps and technology
  • Create and shape actionable insights / recommendations to support operations strategic initiatives from analytical techniques (such as NLP, Machine Learning, Neural Nets, Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis).
  • Pilot solutions are designed based on test v control designs
  • Business leaders can easily consume and cherish the findings and recommendations you summarize and communicate simply and succinctly.
  • Assist Service Operations teams and other enablers.
