Description:

Creative at the Apple Store primarily serve as instructors, guiding small groups in their learning or helping individuals complete their projects. Using your presentation skills, you help users get set up, get trained, and get started. As well as being an excellent communicator, you listen closely to each user to understand what they want. You can maximize the user's understanding and your own time by adapting your teaching style to his or her individual skill level. New products can sometimes assist customers in reaching their goals. Despite your need to lead scheduled training sessions, you are comfortable interacting with customers at your store in between those sessions. In the way only a Creative can, you enrich the lives of others through teaching, whether customers or team members.

Additional Requirements:

• The ability to sell, teach, and assist your team members when needed.
• A tight training schedule is not a problem for you if you're self-motivated and self-directed.
• The Genius Bar and other in-store support options can also be helpful to you.
• It's a plus if the candidate is multilingual.
• Your schedule will have to be flexible. 
• Depending on business needs, you will set your own working hours
