Role:IT ENGINEER, MS Dynamics Developer
and Technicial Consultant.
- Manage and handles Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP System and all IT Hardware and Software Infrastructure System
- Installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
- Daily activities include IT system monitoring, ensuring availability of all IT hardware, and server resources
- Security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions, with installing and updating of Operating System updates and Antivirus
- Active Directory maintenance (Create, change, and delete user accounts upon request)
- Providing support to all departments on issues relating to Microsoft ERP
- Generating and maintaining ERP reports (Sales Report, Stock in hand Report, and Production Report etc) depending on request from the different departments.
- Server backup operations, ensuring system data is successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
- Help the smooth functioning of production, sales and purchase department by maintaining ERP modules with respect to each department.
- Help the account's department for smooth closing of quarterly audit & in yearend closing.
