MBBS Degree from perceived establishment/University or medicinal capability incorporated into the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate capabilities) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of capabilities incorporated into the Part II of the Third Schedule ought to satisfy the conditions stipulated in Section 18 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Completion of necessary turning entry-level position. iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
