A Degree in Engineering or Technology conceded by a Statutory University in applicable control.
A Degree in Engineering or Technology conceded by an Institution enabled to allow such degree by an Act of Parliament in significant control.
Graduate assessment of Professional bodies perceived by the State Government or Central Government as equal to above.
Expert (Diploma) Apprentices :
A Diploma in Engineering or innovation allowed by a State Council or Board of Technical Education built up by a State Government in pertinent order.
A Diploma in Engineering or Technology allowed by a University in pertinent order.
A Diploma in Engineering and Technology allowed by an Institution perceived by the State Government or Central Government as equal to above.
