Job Description:

Service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, according to maintenance agreements. Diagnoses system problems and determines the most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting. Develops new customer service or product agreements. Handles customer support calls within an assigned territory.
