Job Description:
As a Data Scientist, you will help healthcare run efficiently through AI models that improve the distribution and manufacturing of healthcare products. You will ask good questions and understand the problems faced by business partners across the organization. Senior Data Scientists will help you brainstorm possible statistical solutions. You will experiment with AI, fail fast, and pivot to the right solution. Lastly, you will operationalize models with the help of Senior Machine Learning Engineers. If you are passionate about AI, ambitious in your career, and practical in your approach to solving real world problems, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Python or SQL can be used to extract data from multiple data sources, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Blob, and Azure SQL
- Analyze data and study patterns using Python libraries such as Pandas, Seaborn, and Matplotlib
- Stakeholders are presented with findings from a clean analysis and visualization
- Tableau should be used to present findings in a way that compels and empowers decision makers.
- Utilize libraries like scikitlearn, Tensorflow, and SparkMLlib for performing machine learning experiments.
- APIs are used to consume package models in an enterprise setting
- Test and troubleshoot production models as necessary
- As needed, assist with production releases, migration testing, etc.
Required skills:
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Python - Pandas, Seaborn, and Matplotlib
- Visualization skills in Tableau
- Experience with SQL (Handling Nulls, Joins, Unions, Case, Date Time Manipulation, String Formatting)
- Excel based data analysis skills (Graphs, Charts, Pivots, Lookups, and Statistical Functions)
- Scikitlearn, Tensor flow, or Spark MLIB knowledge
- Demonstrate skills through any public channel such as GitHub, your own website, or Tableau Public
Additional criteria:
- Data Scientist with over 2 years of experience
- An experienced BI/Data Analyst with over three years experience.
- Over 3 years' experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau
