Qualification:

Bachelor's in engineering / Master's in Business Administration / Chartered Accountant / Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce or equivalent industry experience

Responsibility:

Business Planning:

Understanding trends and best practices in business and technology in order to guide/advise existing engagements/providing solutions in a particular functional area (domain/technology/product/infrastructure) for people, processes, technology and data.

Solution Conceptualization:
  • Assess pain points, opportunities, and potential solution offerings by industry/domain.
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions, transformation tools and templates, and productivity enhancement solutions.
  • Manage the development of new solution offerings by defining use cases, drafting blueprints, and working with technology partners/support architects.
  • Define and communicate business/technology solutions using pertinent terms, including CBAs, ROIs, and IRRs, to stakeholders in the project.
Project Support/Delivery:
  • Engagement in and ownership of the Requirements and Solution Design phase of delivery engagements, creating the business blueprint. (Too heavy a burden to manage.
  • Supporting role) identifying gaps and recommending design changes, software configuration, creating test scenarios, and recommending migration plans.
  • Provide engagement oversight in areas of expertise as needed.
  • AVM SLAs must be monitored, escalated, and adapted to make sure they are being met.
  • Measurement of pre-delivery, delivery, and post-delivery values.
  • You should make sure that your clients are satisfied.
  • Develop and implement customer change management programs.
  • Build quality deliverables including business cases, value propositions, roadmaps and ROI analyses.
Sales Support:
  • Participate actively in the strategic planning phase and in the execution phase of the customer account mining and penetration process.
  • Structure solutions according to scope and effort to streamline RFP responses and improve quality (more business value oriented).
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create an integrated solution, including estimations and definition of critical factors, assumptions, and risks.
  • Consult and transform the organization versus staff Aug.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through product/domain knowledge presentations.
  • Client Management/Relationship Management:
  • Proactively engage functional owners.
  • Identify the best sponsors for a given solution within a client's organization.
  • Involve a third party in an engagement, if applicable (don't think this belongs here).
  • Risk management, customer satisfaction management, and support expectation management.
  • Communicate value throughout the engagement process.
Market Scan & Brand Building (Added Opportunity Identification):
  • An understanding of the customer's business and/or product within a specific industry vertical or domain.
  • Secondary research can be used to identify industry-specific solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of the competitive environment.
  • Analyze trends and trends within a specific domain or industry.
  • Publish publications, technology papers, etc.
  • Developing and delivering new logos with account teams.
  • Identify opportunities, prioritize them, and contribute to the qualification process.
  • Contribute to GTM activities with partners, vendors, industry analysts, etc. through active mindshare gain Webinars, white papers, and speaking events.
Knowledge Management:
  • Contribute TL, Design, POV, tools, templates, case studies, etc. to the knowledge management repository.
  • Make sure engagement artifacts are stored in knowledge repositories.
  • KM artifacts should be reviewed for quality prior to posting.
People Management:
  • Participation in recruitment activities to identify and hire candidates.
  • Developing young talent through coaching and mentoring.
  • Feedback sessions are conducted at the midyear and at the end of the year.
  • Goal and expectation setting for new and existing resources.
  • Motivate through rewards and recognition, organize team events/initiatives.
  • Conduct Engagement Performance Reviews.
  • Demonstrate understanding and skillful handling of people issues.
  • Identify skill gaps and create training courses around domain/product areas.
  • Work with the Academy to plan the training calendar.
