- Assess pain points, opportunities, and potential solution offerings by industry/domain.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions, transformation tools and templates, and productivity enhancement solutions.
- Manage the development of new solution offerings by defining use cases, drafting blueprints, and working with technology partners/support architects.
- Define and communicate business/technology solutions using pertinent terms, including CBAs, ROIs, and IRRs, to stakeholders in the project.
- Engagement in and ownership of the Requirements and Solution Design phase of delivery engagements, creating the business blueprint. (Too heavy a burden to manage.

- Develop and implement customer change management programs.
- Build quality deliverables including business cases, value propositions, roadmaps and ROI analyses.
- Participate actively in the strategic planning phase and in the execution phase of the customer account mining and penetration process.
- Structure solutions according to scope and effort to streamline RFP responses and improve quality (more business value oriented).
- Collaborate with SMEs to create an integrated solution, including estimations and definition of critical factors, assumptions, and risks.

- Client Management/Relationship Management:
- Proactively engage functional owners.
- Identify the best sponsors for a given solution within a client's organization.

- Risk management, customer satisfaction management, and support expectation management.
- Communicate value throughout the engagement process.
- An understanding of the customer's business and/or product within a specific industry vertical or domain.
- Secondary research can be used to identify industry-specific solutions.
- Develop an understanding of the competitive environment.
- Analyze trends and trends within a specific domain or industry.
- Publish publications, technology papers, etc.
- Developing and delivering new logos with account teams.
- Identify opportunities, prioritize them, and contribute to the qualification process.
- Contribute to GTM activities with partners, vendors, industry analysts, etc. through active mindshare gain Webinars, white papers, and speaking events.
- Contribute TL, Design, POV, tools, templates, case studies, etc. to the knowledge management repository.
- Make sure engagement artifacts are stored in knowledge repositories.
- KM artifacts should be reviewed for quality prior to posting.

- Developing young talent through coaching and mentoring.
- Feedback sessions are conducted at the midyear and at the end of the year.
- Goal and expectation setting for new and existing resources.
- Motivate through rewards and recognition, organize team events/initiatives.
- Conduct Engagement Performance Reviews.
- Demonstrate understanding and skillful handling of people issues.
- Identify skill gaps and create training courses around domain/product areas.
