Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to business and project teams, in developing a comprehensive view of key data elements and their source, to ensure success in planning and execution of critical high-profile projects.
  • Lead several cross-functional teams in the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives for portfolio changes.
  • Create and deliver presentations to executive Management on project goals, plans, issues, and risks, including progress reports, mitigation, and contingency plans.
  • Develop and revise project plans, work with partners to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
  • Keep manager and key project partners updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks, and overall status of Plan projects.
  • Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity.
  • Provide clear direction on the incorporation of multi-level scenario planning to projects and ensure all required data is mapped to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide organizational change and processes to address DPS end-to-end supply chain network gaps and develop groundbreaking plans to build robust solutions
  • Develop a comprehensive view of key data elements and their source, to ensure success in planning and execution of critical high-profile projects.
  • Provides clear leadership for network team. Develops, coaches and guides team of planners and team leads in the execution and realization of departmental and company goals, optimizing overall group effectiveness and business impact.
  • Lead team to deliver business case objectives. Challenge the team to be a high performing team the identifies solutions to exceed elements of the business case.
Qualifications

Education:
  • A Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA a plus
Required:
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business subject areas, evaluating and determining appropriate risks required
  • Ability to develop, coach and lead a team of planners and team leads in the execution, strategies, and realization of departmental and company goals.
  • Ability to coach & develop accountable, diverse, and global leaders who inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative teams and relationships, leading cross functional/ virtual teams where required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
  • The ability to influence Director & VP Levels within the organization and in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to drive and apply continuous process improvement tools and improvements to large and complex projects.
  • Demonstrates strong decision-making ability in a multiple scenario environment
  • Applies intuition for business and financial competence to drive cross functional decisions
Preferred:
  • FPX methodology experience preferred
Other:
  • English Fluency is required
  • Up to 10% of travel both domestically and internationally is required
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550
