Job Description:

  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices;
  • supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. 
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; 
  • identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; 
  • monitoring progress and results; 
  • recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

What you’ll do:

  • Update & maintain Employee Life Cycle on HRIS Tools.
  • Manages post-offer process by drafting and extending offers to selected candidates; escalating offer issues to senior management or other key stakeholders.
  • Provides support by managing the requisition posting process; contacting and maintaining communication with the recruiter throughout the recruiting process; providing documentation to the recruiter, candidate, hiring manager, and interview team; and processing candidate reimbursements via recruitment systems (for example, expenses, relocation).Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

  • Work in US hours (9.30 PM IST to 6.00 AM IST) and ensure coverage for the team during this time period
