Job Description:

Role Summary: 

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Customer Services professional having good experience in servicing and maintenance of medical imaging equipment. (preferably Computed Tomography (CT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machines)

Responsibilities

Start-up and calibration of MR installations; provide expert level installation support to field service organization; communicate and escalate technical issues and delays; keep installation projects on schedule; assure quality; evaluate room layout and installation quality of our mechanical install vendors; start-up in accordance with factory instructions and specifications; troubleshoot technical problems and repair out of box failures; correct vendor and factory errors and mistakes; order missing or damaged parts; provide feedback to vendors, factory, project management and planning; provide on-site installation training for field Customer Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Service support for equipment such as CT/MRI/Cathlab
• Handling breakdowns, updates calls, safety checks and closure of calls.
• Routine maintenance, tune ups, calibration, quality checks of the systems to ensure uptime of systems.
• Machine demonstrations and first level application to user.
• Remote service through Siemens Remote Service(SRS) connectivity.
• Selling of spare parts, consumables, contracts and renewals.
• Collaborate with service partners for outsourced business, OEM products, spare parts and tools requirements.

Education/Skillset/Experience:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Biomedical engineering with 3 to 5 years service experience in handling equipment like CT/MRI. Candidates having service experience in multi-modality systems like CT scanners/ MRI/Cath. labs./ High end Digital Radiography can also be considered
