- Assuring quality: first point of contact in the case of process or quality deviations; concept creation and implementation for defect detection and prevention; management of the defect table, creation of rework concepts, evaluation and assessment of key figures for process control; assessment of special releases as well as monitoring of blocked stocks.
- Process definition, adaptation, and evaluation: continuous control and evaluation of existing assembly processes based on their economic efficiency; evaluation of mechanical and manual activities based on process capability and reproducibility; evaluation of processes based on REFA/MTM.
- Establishing specifications and ensuring documentation: Responsible for the effective implementation of changes, the feasibility of drawing specifications and test criteria, and the implementation of all process-relevant parameters; ensuring ergonomics and occupational safety in the workplace; independent determination of further control steps and intermediate tests in the assembly process.
- Responsibility for operating equipment: Design and procurement of operating equipment for existing products and new processes, in cooperation with design, quality assurance and assembly. Ensuring the availability of operating resources in alignment with the required capacities. Planning special direct costs for assembly per product hierarchy. Responsible for cost tracking and usability
- Completed studies in the field of production technology, mechanical engineering or comparable degree
- Knowledge and experience of the implementation and monitoring of manual or partially automated assembly processes
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 (minimum requirements: routings, parts lists, equipment, documents, inspection characteristics, and quality management)
- Knowledge of CAD
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office365 Data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent knowledge of error analysis and error prevention in processes, as well as manual assembly, painting, logistics, as well as machining production
- Experience in lean production
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
