Job Description:
Provide support on the design, implementation, and maintenance of DX data science and analytics initiatives within *Q, under the authority of the Digital Transformation Lead, acting as a team player in order to manage DX business analysis tasks metrics for the overall project in order to deliver on time solutions and provide proper support to the business to optimize specific business outcomes. Due to an increase in DX projects, a temporary position/outsourcing resource is required to assist the OQ DX team with their daily project activities, contribute to a successful project delivery as the project runs, and ensure the project benefits the team as intended. The incumbent will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide state-of-the-art solutions from the market for OQ business
- Calculate the return on investment (ROI) of the projects
- Provide consulting services for integrating Lean principles into digital transformation Evaluate vendors' offers against business requirements
- Communication/negotiation/presentation skills
- Obtains, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, whether they are customers or end users.
- Establishes the project scope and vision in collaboration with sponsors.
- Establishes clear project stakeholders and customer classes, as well as their characteristics.
- Identifies and establishes project-by-project the scope, parameters, and success criteria of requirements analysis.
- Identifying performance-related issues and providing action plans for implementation.
- Conducts product research to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
- Participates in the QA
