- Serve as the first point of contact for any questions regarding leaves, disabilities, and accommodations
- Maintain a high degree of customer focus on all employee contacts, ensuring they are accepted and resolved
- Refer to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures to resolve queries, and escalate if they cannot be resolved
- Personalized conversations that build customer trust
- Receiving phone calls and entering contacts into the shared service case management system
- Partner with partner teams to keep up-to-date on process changes, resolve issues across functions quickly, and consult on improving processes
- Be available to work a variable shift between 5:00 PM IST and 8:30 AM IST, Sunday through Saturday, depending on business demands.

- Experience in customer service, human resources, or contact centers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer or internet-based programs.
- Possess expertise in dealing with customer contacts, queries, and resolutions.
- Experience managing customer contacts in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of adapting to constantly changing workloads.
- A high level of attention to detail is required to follow an existing process.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Contact Centers, Customer Services, Human Resources, or equivalent positions.
- Knowledge of Leave of Absence and Accommodations under US law.
- Working knowledge of SalesForce or similar programs.
- 1 year experience in the field of leave and/or accommodations, including: previous work in an absence or disability claim management role, working with case management systems, determining eligibility, establishing/implementing a case management plan, and determining the appropriate benefits depending upon the situation.
- Understanding of US federal and state leave and disability laws
- Experience in Human Resources
- Experience managing customer contacts in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to constantly changing workloads.
- A high level of attention to detail is required to follow an existing process.
- We are allowing all our employees to work from home till the COVID-19 situation eases and you will also be able to work from home from your current location.
- As soon as the situation eases (or) as required, you are required to relocate to your place of posting (Hyderabad). However you will continue to work from home even after relocating to Hyderabad.
