- Support the management team in strategic development and planning for the Academy. This would include market research; leveraging on data and trend information for SWOT analysis
- Prepare presentations to update internal and external stakeholders on business proposals, reporting, and progress.
- Make connections and identify target segments to generate interest in potential customers
- Through market research, surveys, and channels (mailboxes/webpages), referrals, learning tour requests, one can identify opportunities and generate new leads.
- Lead follow-up, establishing relationships with prospective clients and delivering initial pitches of the L&D services that Singapore Airlines Academy offers
- Establishing new business contracts to provide learning and development services to existing and new customers, including developing and/or improving marketing collaterals to support business development.
- Discussion with the client to determine specific training needs, determining which training courses may address the client's needs by speaking with internal stakeholders (HRD, CAB, FLT) at the various Training Schools.
- Work with internal stakeholders in Legal, Data Protection, to draft and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with external organisations
- Develop plans for providing learning and development services to prospects, assessing costs and determining milestones for delivery; coordinate inputs with internal training school stakeholders
- Prepare, surface and negotiate Training Services Agreement (TSA) for each prospect; coordinate with internal stakeholders in Legal, Insurance, Taxation and Data Protection for inputs, and manage current client relationships
- Develop and deliver courseware in coordination with subject matter experts and rostering personnel in the relevant Training Schools
- Maintain quality of learning services and ensure clients receive services based on agreed-upon milestones
- Work with key stakeholders at client organizations and introduce additional learning and development services when appropriate
- Upon completion of services, ensure the client is accurately and timely invoiced
- Monitoring the quality of services and making recommendations for improvement.

- Degree in any discipline
- The ability to use MS Office at an intermediate level
- Experience in sales/marketing and/or L&D (curriculum management and/or practice) would be advantageous
- Ability to analyze and solve problems mathematically
- Presentation development and delivery skills that have been proven
- Maintain a service-oriented mindset
- Thinking critically and being able to solve problems on the fly
- Driven and flexible
- Communication and EQ skills are essential
- A keen eye for detail
