- Moves Royce was a British extravagance vehicle and later an air motor assembling business set up in 1904 in Manchester, United Kingdom by the association of Charles Rolls and Henry Royce. Expanding on Royce's standing set up with his cranes they immediately fostered a standing for predominant designing by assembling the "best vehicle on the planet". The First World War brought them into assembling air motors. Joint improvement of fly motors started in 1940 and they entered creation. Moves Royce has gained notoriety for advancement and assembling of motors for protection and common airplane.
- Do you want to be part of an exciting, challenging project to build the future of mobility? BMW Group is currently seeking a Senior Specialist Building Projects (f/m/x) to manage the construction of our next generation, sustainable manufacturing facility in Debrecen.
- Working as part of a project team, you will be responsible for managing a sub-project as part of the overall building and infrastructure construction. State-of-the-art construction management methods will be applied to this project, including lean methodologies, BIM, digital workflows, and sustainability.
- The focus of your work will be on
- Assist in managing capital projects from design to handover of building structures and infrastructure according to the requirements of the technologies.
- Inspecting and reviewing projects to ensure compliance with building and safety codes and other legal requirements.
- - Consult with supervisors, contractors, and design professionals on matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction issues.
- - Managing quality control programs, claims, and risks, and investigating damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that the right procedures are in place and being followed.
- The design and implementation of commissioning and handover plans as well as methods and agreement on technologies and internal partners.
- Maintain a close relationship with the facilities manager to ensure that the commissioning and handover process is early initiated and incorporated into the project.
- Coordinates project costs, cash flows, schedules, and quality of construction projects, presenting progress, cost, and quality reports.
- Experience and qualifications
- Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
- Minimum of five years of experience managing building construction projects, budget planning, scheduling, quality management, and people management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using coordination abilities, decision-making responsibilities, and team-oriented skills.
- - Experience in international and intercultural projects.
- The ability to evaluate project risks and their technical and economic impact with high judgment.
- German would be an advantage, as would fluency in both English and Hungarian.
- Type of employment
- Senior Specialist Building Projects (f/m/x) is a fixed-term position that may become permanent after project completion.
