- Responsible for examining, developing, and recommending product line strategies for OEM applications across all of Connectors Grounding & Tooling Businesses.
- Champions research and analysis required for economic justification, competitive pricing, financial models, features and applications.
- Responsible to leading regular team meetings required advancing execution of projects and assignments.
- Responsible for managing T2T relationships with Key End Customers
- Shall be a source of intelligence concerning product and market specific issues, competitors, and business trends, governmental regulations and, as required, produce written reports and summarize for internal business correspondence and attend sales meetings and visit customers and end-users; conducting product training presentations and research.
- Develops strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships with existing and emerging market product and technology participants.
- Assists in the development of supporting new product launch material with Marketing and Marketing Communication Managers.
- Shall maintain competitive cross reference of catalog numbers for assigned products.
- Responsible to provide an exemplary level of support to the sales organization and customers on product (technical and application questions).
- A bachelor’s degree or Equivalent market experience in a technical field or business field is preferred, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of current and emerging Technologies, methods, and standards, applications, related products and channels of distribution within the Renewables Market.
- Preferable experience in the ElectriOEM Space, related design and engineering processes and market applications
- Must be self-reliant, resourceful, creative skills and possess acumen in executing business decisions.
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills are needed to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and the general public.
- Ability to organize and manage “ad-hoc” teams to support the development of business opportunities.
- Must apply critical thinking skills to determine the best approach to bring new products to the market and to work with engineering, operations and marketing and sales staffs.
- Capable of occasional travel to attend meetings or visit customers. Strong mathematics, analytical and computer skills.
