- Serve as the technical expert for implementing patient monitoring solutions, conducting site assessments, and providing data-driven analysis.
- Work in tandem with Philips Solution Architects for solution selling to address customer needs.
- Execute project activities efficiently, adhering to work estimates and defined methods.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and service documentation, ensuring precise documentation of completed work.
- Plan and execute corrective and preventive maintenance tasks with precision and operational efficiency.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to the installed customer base.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to foster long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Instruct and guide customers on the operation and maintenance of Philips solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers, clinical consultants, and service sales teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teams, and stakeholders in both English and Chinese.
- Resolve complex customer issues using independent judgment and a deep understanding of IT knowledge and skills.
- Escalate configurations inconsistent with technicCollaborational standards.
- Participate actively in training programs to enhance technical skills, achieving relevant certifications.
- Offer product usage guidance and basic troubleshooting training to customers.
- Prepare accurate and timely service reports and simplified maintenance manuals to meet company and customer requirements.
- Regularly update the project manager and team members on installation activities.
- University graduate with a minimum of 3 years in relevant Informatics Product Delivery.
- Expertise in programming languages, various operating systems, and databases.
- Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards.
- Strong technical expertise, particularly in healthcare products with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle, willingness to travel as needed.
- Willing to participate in short-term overseas training programs and off-hours on-call duty rotation.
- Self-motivated with strong execution, problem-solving skills, and self-management capabilities
