About Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services:
Cognizant’s Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice (CIS), is all about adopting digital transformation by driving core modernization holistically across layers. We help customers transform infrastructure and workplace to meet the constantly evolving needs of the digital era. Our broad approach delivers key results for our customers by achieving cloud driven modernization and workplace and operational transformation to run the business in a secure environment.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Managing and resolving incidents efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues and requests.
- Provide expert guidance on the use and optimization of ServiceNow for incident management and service delivery.
- Develop and implement standard processes for incident management and service desk operations.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and address technical issues proactively. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of incident management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical operations. Prepare and present reports on incident management and service desk performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction. Use data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in incident management and service desk operations

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
