- Provide outstanding customer service
- This position is accountable for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment. FSR will maintain, retrofit, and provide technical support for all Schneider products, both in the shop and on site. Work on competitive equipment may also be part of the role.
- Experimented FSR will share and provide technical instruction and guidance to new and less experienced FSR. He will perform warranty and recall work. Analyze malfunctions in equipment and interpret maintenance manuals, using knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct issues.
- FSR must be available to: respond to emergency calls and for intervention, maintain service equipment, tools and documentation, and identify sales opportunities.
- Any intervention will have to be prepared and performed in total respect of safety guidelines (prevention plan, protection equipment…)

- Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5- 7 years of experience ininstallati on,testi ng and commissioning of MV/LV switchgears.
- Description
- - Familiarizati on of Safety documents and LOTO procedures.
- - Experience in MV/LV Switchgear testi ng
- - Experience in Transformer installati on, Oil fi lling, testi ng and commissioning
- - Experince in VFD commissioning
- - Experience in Protecti on upgrade projects
- - Able to handle test equipments like Freja, Omicron and Diagnosti cequipments like Parti al discharge measurement
- - high level knowledge of Schematic drawing and autonomous schememodification
- - High end protecti on relay testi ng(Generator protecti on, Distance and lineDiff erenti al protecti on, Motor Protecti on, Feeder Protecti on)
- - Understanding the purpose of testing and Test result analysis
- - Knowledge of Installati on basics and understanding the civil and mechanicaldrawings
- - Background of mechanical troubleshooti ng
- - Strong communication skills
- - Effective Report writing
- - Fault analysis and root cause analysis
- - Troubleshooting of MV/LV switchgear
- - Planning and effective execution experience
- - Training and presentati on experience
