Summary:
Coordinates all aspects of the temperature screening stations across the system. Assures compliance with local and federal laws governing access to our facility. Ensure the safety of employees, patients, and visitors. Serves as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and patrons at the hospital entrance. In order to ensure the health and safety of those inside the facility, greets those entering the building warmly and ensures their temperature reading is within established guidelines, as well as has not been exposed to COVID-19 recently. Assist individuals in finding and reaching their destination. Timely delivery of personal protective equipment to employees and/or departments. Logging onto a computer to determine visitor eligibility. Assures compliance with local and federal laws governing access to our facility. Ensure the safety of employees, patients, and visitors.
Formal Education Required:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
Experience & Training Required:
- Two (2) years of clinical or supervisory experience Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to text
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively solicit/provide information from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, visitors).

- Be able to stand for long periods of time
