ROLE - 1: AI/ML - Machine Learning Scientist - ASR

Key Qualifications:
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields

- Extensive experience with ML frameworks, strong programming skills, proven ability to deliver advanced algorithmic solutions
- Developing robust machine learning methods is one of my passions

ROLE - 2: DevOps Engineer - Integration
Responsibilities:
- Implement zero-downtime to achieve highly available service (99.999%)
- Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) between different datacenters in different regions
- Investigate and resolve production and performance issues
- Maintaining security and service availability by working with the vendor and engineering team
- Feature design and implementation of Zoom Phone integration with SIP
- Troubleshoot Zoom integration services and systems
- Configure and deploy the production system based on a CI/CD model
Requirements:
- Extensive experience implementing VoIP solutions. Experience with UCaaS/Cloud Voice preferred
- Expertise in competitive telephony and network technologies - SIP, RTP/RTCP, Qos, and other VoIP standards
- Experience with various IP Telephony features and functions
- Knowledge of other UC/Voice solutions (Cisco, Microsoft, Ring Central, 8x8, Avaya, Shortel, Mitel, etc.)
- Expertise in large/enterprise VoIP migrations and deployments. Experience migrating to Cloud Voice/UCaaS is preferred
- Communication skills that are excellent
- A BS degree in a related field is preferred, but a master's degree is also acceptable
- Good execution skills and a passion for working independently

ROLE - 3: Software Engineer - Java (Production Support)
Job Description:This team is responsible for delivering awesome user experiences, enabling self-service actions to manage Billing, Payments, and Services for customers, Usage rating, and building billing operations tools and reporting capabilities. With a unified billing platform for consumers and partners, we will enable them to sell Zoom products (standalone vs Bundles, standard vs Promotions, recurring vs usage) online and through APIs. ROLE - 4: Audio AI Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and implement machine learning models to improve audio quality in Zoom's online meetings (e.g., noise suppression, voice activity detection, speaker recognition).
- Analyzing audio data for continuous development and enhancement
- Adapt machine learning and neural network algorithms and architectures to real-time needs
- Work closely with other audio engineers to test and deploy machine learning models
- Bachelor degree in EE, CS or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of one or more deep learning tools (e.g. Keas, Tensor flow, PyTorch)
- Science-based experiments and the ability to analyze the results
- Interested in applying machine learning or artificial intelligence algorithms to audio/DSP related tasks. Graduates or those without prior audio experience are also welcome.
- Programming experience in one or more general-purpose languages, such as Python, C/C++, or Java
- 3+ years of work experience in Machine Learning or Ph.D. degree in Machine Learning or digital signal processing
- Experience with speech enhancement, including noise suppression, voice activity detection, speaker recognition, and echo cancellation.
- Experience with deep learning model optimization, such as quantization, neural architecture search, and pruning
